NORTH BRISBANE PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS

By working with North Brisbane Photography, by receiving, downloading and/or using the images, floor plans, video and other services, you agree that you adhere to these terms and conditions.
ALL PHOTOGRAPHY & SERVICES
All photography and service prices are based on per unit/dwelling. If there are multiple dwellings at an address, for example a duplex property with two different tenants or two different dwelling spaces, the prices are per dwelling/unit. If you have two units to photograph or two townhouses to photograph, the prices are per unit or per townhouse.
DAY PHOTOGRAPHY
Day photography includes high res and web size images. Please specify at booking time, what you are booking and how many photos you require.
Photos are digitally enhanced, professional quality and electronically delivered the next business day (except for photography taken on a Friday, images would be delivered on a Monday). Due to long hours worked during the week, I do not work weekends unless urgent, once off and have been approved by myself. See “Weekend Photography & Weekend Photography Fee”.
Day photography is classed as photography that is not too late in the afternoon and not during sunset or dusk times (these times vary during the year). Usually day photography is best to take place between the hours of 9.00 am and 3.30 pm during the summer months and 9.00 am and 1.00 pm during the winter months.

Photography prices do not include Photoshop removal or addition of items. If it is not to be photographed, please have it removed before the photographer arrives. This includes (but not limited to) vehicles, people, animals, clutter, shower/bathroom items, photos and any other personal items.
FRONT SHOT ONLY
Daytime photography only. This is a one-off shoot of the front of home or land. Price only valid for 20 kilometres of 1 Davenport Parade, North Lakes, QLD, 4509. If out of this area, there will be a travel fee. See “Travel Fee Outside Local Area” section for travel fee cost. Travel distance is worked out on route travelled to the job ie, via google maps.
Front Shot Only includes 1 (one) high res and web size image. Image is digitally enhanced, professional quality and electronically delivered the next business day (except for photography taken on a Friday, images would be delivered on a Monday).

TWILIGHT SHOOT
Evening photography. Includes high res and web size images. Images are digitally enhanced, professional quality and electronically delivered the next business day (except for photoshoots taken on a Saturday or Sunday – images would be delivered on a Tuesday).

WEEKEND PHOTOGRAPHY & WEEKEND PHOTOGRAPHY FEE
Due to long hours worked during the week, I do not work weekends unless urgent, once off and have been approved by myself. Please note that photography completed on a Saturday - images will not be available until Tuesday. Weekend photography is rare and must firstly be approved by North Brisbane Photography and subject to availability. A $100 fee will be added to weekend photography.
PRESTIGE PROPERTIES / LARGE HOMES & PROPERTIES FEE
Please note that for large homes and properties, this requires longer time to photograph. Please add an additional $150 per hour to the photography price to cover this extra photography time.
‘DIGITALLY ENHANCED’ / ‘DIGITAL ENHANCEMENT’ DEFINITION
Images are white balanced; vertically and horizontally straightened; brightness, contrast, shadows and highlight adjustments; lens corrections; sharpening and sky replacements on gloomy, dull, grey/white skies.
Digital enhancement does not include the addition of items or the removal of items in images. Please ask for a specific quote if you have further photoshopping / editing or virtual staging requirements.
DRONE (UAV) AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Day time drone photography only. Includes high res and web size images. Images are digitally enhanced, professional quality and electronically delivered the next business day (except for photoshoots taken on a Saturday or Sunday – images would be delivered on a Tuesday). Boundary markings by request (no extra cost).
Drone photography is subject to safe weather and flying conditions including safe launch and landing zones and is dependent on location, legislation and pilot discretion.
BOUNDARY LINE DISCLAIMER
Drone images with boundary lines marked are for marketing purposes only and not part of any legal document, title or plan. All markings, measurements, areas and layouts are for illustrative purposes only and may not be to scale and may not be accurate. Marked Boundary lines are subject to errors, omissions and inaccuracies and should not be used as a sole and accurate reference. Interested parties should make their own inquiries using independent sources. North Brisbane Photography makes no guarantees regarding the information contained in the boundary markings of images and accepts no liability for any inaccuracies.
Complete discretion is given to the agent or representative on whether to use the drone images provided. By downloading or using the images, it is implied that you agree to these terms.
VIDEO PHOTO SLIDESHOW – Add to a photography package (day, twilight, combo shoots).
YouTube photo slide show of house images with music (60 Sec’s). Must purchase a day, twilight or combo shoot to purchase this product as an add on.
Using existing photos from photoshoot, a YouTube video will be generated with your logo, the property address and a link supplied which you can add to your listing.
Includes Agent pic, office logo and contact details: Agent to supply these details (agent pic, logo etc).
VIDEO SLIDESHOW – (Drone Video + Still Images). Add to a photography package (day, twilight, combo shoots).
YouTube photo slide show of house images with music (60 - 90 Sec’s). Must purchase a day, twilight or combo shoot to purchase this product as an add on.
Using existing photos from photoshoot, a YouTube video will be generated with your logo, the property address and a link supplied which you can add to your listing. This video will include about 30 sec’s of drone video and still images from photoshoot.
Includes Agent pic, office logo and contact details: Agent to supply these details (agent pic, logo etc).
VIRTUAL STAGING (VIRTUAL FURNITURE)
Available as an "add on service" to a photoshoot. Virtual staging is adding digital staging or furniture to unfurnished homes and is only available with a photoshoot by North Brisbane Photography. Photoshoot price is additional. Please allow 24-48 hours from photography appointment time for delivery of Virtual Staging/Furniture photos. Virtual staging price is based on adding virtual staging to an empty room. If the room is furnished, there will be an additional editing fee for furniture removal so new virtual staging can be put in.
PHOTO SHOP REMOVAL OR DE-CLUTTER
Please ask for an individual quote per image.
After photography, please allow 24-48 hours turn-around time on Photoshop image removal requests, depending on degree of difficulty.

ADDING AGENT LOGO TO SET OF PHOTOS - $20 per property plus initial $20 logo set up fee – Logo set up fee is once off.
To be used in conjunction with photography package.
Logo will be added to all web size images for use in online property marketing.
FLOOR PLANS
Basic 2D Black & White (B&W) or Colour Floor Plans. Includes layout with room labels, basic room dimensions and North direction. Floor Plans may not drawn to scale. Allow 48 hours for delivery. See examples of Floor Plans on my website or Facebook page.
3D floor plans are available, based on 2D floor plan.
PORTRAITS & OFFICE TEAM PHOTOS
Portraits (On Location). Daytime photography only. Outside.
Portraits (On Location with White Background). Daytime photography only. Inside.
Team Group Shot (On Location). Daytime photography only. Outside. No white background.
Ask for pricelist.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of Portraits. Why? There is quite a bit of editing in portraits and these are edited by myself. This type of editing is very time consuming and it is also dependent on my current workload.

Bookings
All bookings must be in writing with the address and date, including number of images / work you require. This must be specific. Please email your booking request to me here via my contact page
Tentative Bookings
Unfortunately, tentative bookings cannot be held. If you want to confirm your tentative booking, please do so immediately to book in your place. You can do this via text or email simply by saying it is confirmed.
Cancellations / Re-Scheduling / No Shows / Wet Weather
All cancellations or re-scheduling must be made 24 hours prior or a $75.00 fee will be charged, except for during wet weather, or weather conditions out of our control.
If I arrive to the appointment and unable to do the job due to circumstances out of my control or you or your colleague have not arrived to meet me at the scheduled time and I cannot complete the photography, you will be charged $75.00 for a No Show. If this photography appointment is outside the local area, you will be charged a travel fee on top of the no show fee as well. See “Travel Fee Outside Local Area” section for travel fee cost.
For wet weather reschedules or cancellations, please give me a minimum of 1.5 hours notice. If I arrive a the job during rain and you ask me to come back to take photos on another day, you will be charged another full fee photoshoot price. If you don't want your photos taking on a rainy day, please reschedule with 1.5 hours notice. Sometimes with traffic or distance, travel time could be up to an hour between jobs or more if I have been asked to attend a non local area.
Travel Fee Outside Local Area
There is a travel fee From $30.00 if the job is outside my local area. My Local area is: 20 klm from 1 Davenport Parade, North Lakes (not my address but local). Travel distance is worked out on route travelled to the job eg via google maps. Example A - 1 Davenport Pde, North Lakes to 63 Paradise Rd, Burpengary is 15.9 klm. This is in my local travel area of 20klm.
Example B – 1 Davenport Pde, North Lakes to 4 Stardust Court, Caboolture is approximately 25.5 klm via google maps. This is outside my local travel area and would incur a travel fee.
Consultation Appointment Fee
I can be available to discuss your photography needs on-site to go through the photography preparation required and view the premises prior to a photoshoot. I recommend this is done prior to photographing a prestige or very large property.
My consultation fee is $75.00 for 15-30 minutes consultation on-site. Add a travel fee if this appointment is outside the local area. See “Travel Fee Outside Local Area” section for travel fee cost.
Availability
Day shoots are available Monday to Fridays between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm (usually); Twilight / Dusk shoots are available from (depending on time of year) 4:30 pm / 5:30 pm onwards - 5 nights per week (Mon-Fri, subject to appointment availability) with adjustments made in relation to sunset / dusk times.
Logos on photos
If you would like your real estate logo on a set of photos, this will be done for $20 for the set of web size images for use on your website and social media.
Payment
Agents and similar:
Invoices are payable on download of your images and your order. By receiving, downloading or using North Brisbane Photography’s images, other products or services, you agree that you adhere to these terms and conditions.
All payments need to be paid in full and cleared before release of the photos, products or services.
Private Sellers:
A 60% minimum payment will be required to be paid on the actual day of photography. The remainder can be paid by invoice. Full payment needs to be received before the download of your photo order. Once paid, your photos will not have a watermark. By receiving, downloading or using North Brisbane Photography’s images, other products or services, you agree that you adhere to these terms and conditions.
Payments can be made on the day of photography by cash or eftpos. Please let me know how you will be paying. All payments need to be paid in full and cleared before release of the photos, products or services.
Licence & Copyright Notice
By engaging North Brisbane Photography, you, the Client are given a license to use the images in connection with the real estate listing for which the photos were taken. The Client may use the set of images to promote the property via any medium engaged for the sale or lease of the property. This licence does not permit the Client to provide copies of the images to any third parties. Once the Client loses the listing or the property is sold or leased, the license is no longer valid. The images may not be sold. The images cannot be used for any other purpose other than advertising for the sale or lease of the property.
Under the Copyright Act of 1968 should you copy or reuse these images you are in breach of copyright.
North Brisbane Photography retains copyright of all images and may use these for promotional purposes.
Prices
All prices are valid until the flyer/brochure expiry date. Prices are inclusive of GST.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
Colours can also vary due to various lighting (natural and artificial) and shadows and therefore can produce different shades of colour.
EDITING DISCLAIMER
North Brisbane Photography accepts no liability whatsoever from any requested edits which may result to misrepresentation of the property. Complete discretion is given to the agent or representative on whether to use these particular edits. By downloading these images, it is implied that you agree to these terms.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may change or be updated from time to time. We will post changes on our web site here. It remains your responsibility to access and check these terms and conditions whenever you access the Brisbane Real Estate Photography www.brisbanerealestatephotography.com site.
